Ardoq does not remove the need for building a process around your documentation efforts. Define processes, assign ownership and provide training. A few key questions to consider are:
Who is responsible for ensuring that each domain is kept up-to-date?
Should documentation be a requirement for anything to be declared “completed”?
Should you routinely engage in documentation review?
How often should you evaluate your documentation process and ownership?
