Whitelisting Ardoq IP Addresses for Integrations

Sometimes, your organization's firewall might block requests coming from these NAT gateway IP addresses. This can prevent Ardoq from accessing external systems and cause integrations to fail.

When Ardoq needs to communicate with external systems (like Jira or ServiceNow), it sends requests through our network, which uses Network Address Translation (NAT) gateways. These gateways assign a specific public IP address to each of our data centers.

If you're experiencing issues with Ardoq integrations, you may need to whitelist these IP addresses on your firewall based on your region.

Data Center

NAT-GW Public IP

EU (app.ardoq.com)

34.240.235.245

US (us.ardoq.com)

3.229.70.144

UAE (uae.ardoq.com)

3.29.190.163

AU (au.ardoq.com)

3.106.25.59

Example Error: If your firewall is blocking Ardoq's requests, you might encounter errors like this when trying to connect to Jira or other external systems.
