Upcoming changes to legacy views in Workspace Mode
As we continue investing in the New Ardoq Experience, we're gradually phasing out legacy view styles in Workspace Mode.
Our goal is to provide a simpler, more consistent way to explore, visualize, and share insights across Ardoq.
What's changing in 2026?
At the end of 2026, you will no longer be able to save new slides to Ardoq Presentations using views created in Workspace Mode.
Your existing presentation slides will remain available.
In addition, some legacy view styles will be discontinued by the end of 2026, while others will remain available during the transition period.

The following view styles will no longer be available for exploring or visualizing data in Workspace Mode:

What does this mean for existing content?
Slides previously saved to Ardoq Presentations using these view styles will remain accessible. However, you will no longer be able to use these view styles to explore data or create new visualizations in Workspace Mode.

What's coming next?
We're continuing to expand the capabilities of the New Ardoq Experience to support more of your visualization and presentation workflows.
Planned improvements for 2026 include:
AI-generated views: Create visualizations using natural language.
AI-assisted view configuration: Configure and adjust views with the help of AI.
Pages in the New Ardoq Experience: A new way to organize and present insights, moving toward general availability.
Migration assistance: Tools to help transition selected legacy visualizations to the New Ardoq Experience.
We'll share more details as these capabilities become available.
Why are we making these changes?
We want to make it easier for you to turn complex data into meaningful insights and share them with the people who need them.
While Workspace Mode has supported many visualization workflows over the years, creating and maintaining views can require significant manual effort, particularly when working with large datasets.
Since introducing Viewpoint Mode in 2024, we've been working toward a simpler, more flexible visualization experience. The New Ardoq Experience builds on that foundation by bringing data exploration, visualization, and collaboration closer together.
With improved view configuration, AI-assisted capabilities, and more intuitive workflows, we're making it easier to move from data to insights without unnecessary complexity.
Have feedback or ideas for additional view styles?
We'd love to hear from you! If there's a view style or visualization capability you'd like to see in the New Ardoq Experience, share your ideas and requests through our Productboard portal.
Your feedback helps us understand your needs and prioritize future improvements.
