Empower survey participants with an AI-driven survey assistant. The built-in AI automatically generates detailed descriptions for components of type “Application”. The easier a survey is to answer, the higher the completion rate.

How to Enable AI Functionality in Your Organization

To access AI-Powered Description in Surveys, start by enabling it in your organization from the Preferences menu > Organization settings > Feature settings.

If you don’t see this tab in the Organization settings modal, contact your CSM to sign the updated Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which will unlock AI functionalities in Ardoq.

How to Automatically Generate Descriptions in Surveys

To prompt the AI to create descriptions for components included in a survey:

  1. Open a survey in which the selected component type is “Application” and click on an existing component or create a new one right from the survey.

  2. If creating a new component, enter the name of the component in the “Name” field first.

  3. Next, click on the “Generate” button at the bottom of the description box.

Once text has been generated, the button will display "Regenerate." Click this to instruct the AI to produce a fresh description for the same component. Similarly, when editing an existing component with text already present in the description box, the button will also read "Regenerate." You can prompt the AI for new descriptions until you are satisfied with the output.
