Overview
Some of our knowledge base articles are only available to authenticated Ardoq users. If you are not currently logged in, the content will be hidden or unavailable.
Follow the steps below to log in to your Ardoq instance and return to the article. The entire process takes less than two minutes.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
Your Ardoq instance URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.ardoq.com)
Your work email address registered with Ardoq
Your password, or access to your SSO provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
Step 1: Open Your Ardoq Login Page
Open a new browser tab and navigate to your organization’s Ardoq login URL. This is typically in the format:
If you are unsure of your organization’s specific URL, check with your Ardoq administrator.
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
On the login page, enter your credentials using one of the methods below:
Email & Password Login | Single Sign-On (SSO) |
1. Enter your work email address. 2. Enter your password. 3. Click Log In. | 1. Click Continue with SSO (or your provider’s button). 2. Complete authentication in your identity provider’s window. |
Step 3: Return to the Knowledge Base Article
After logging in, you will be directed to your Ardoq home page. Once logged into Ardoq navigate back to the article you were trying to access. You can do this by:
Clicking the Back button in your browser.
Re-opening the original article link
Searching for the article title in the Ardoq Knowledge Base search bar.
Troubleshooting
If you are still unable to access the article after logging in, try the following:
Issue | What to Do |
Content is still locked after login | Clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again. |
Forgot your password | Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page and follow the reset email instructions. |
SSO login fails | Contact your IT or identity management team to verify your SSO account is active. |
