What it does
Suggested prompts are the example questions that appear when someone starts a new AI Assistant conversation — on the homepage or in Ardoq Discover. You can now edit these prompts so they reflect the data and use cases that matter to your organization.
Why you'd use it
The default prompts (like "What are my most expensive applications?") may not suit every organization. Customizing them lets you:
• Steer people toward the questions most relevant to your company.
• Make the AI Assistant feel tailored to your organization from the first click.
How to customize your prompts
1. Open the Admin -> Organization Settings menu and locate the the AI Settings tab.
2. For each prompt, choose an Icon and enter the Prompt text (up to 80 characters).
3. Edit prompts as needed.
4. Click Save to apply your changes, or Discard to cancel.
Your updated prompts will appear the next time someone starts a new AI Assistant conversation on the homepage or in Ardoq Discover.
Limitations
Suggested prompts can only be changed by admins.
