You can sort Components by field values or name. By default, components are sorted by the Order field, a system field that reflects the order you’ve dragged components into (or if you haven’t dragged them, the creation date).
How to Sort Components in Your View
When working in the view, click on Dataset
Open Components
3. Apply sorting of your choice by selecting the field you wish to sort by.
This sorting will work throughout your view, regardless of the view style you selected.
4. Your visualizations and navigation bar will now reflect the new order.
To revert back to your own custom ordering, simply select “Order” from the top of the sort list.
