In this article, we cover some additional features of the details page. If you haven't checked Getting Started With Ardoq Discover yet, we recommend you start with this first.

How to switch between the objects (components) you want to explore

Use the recontextualize button - by double-clicking on the component, or use the square button located on the right side of the object name you selected.

How to hide the right lower corner window

The toggle legend button, located in the top right corner of the screen, enables or disables the components & conditional formatting windows.

How to export the visualization you see

Use the Export button (next to the Toggle legend) - you can export the visualization as an image.

How to minimize / maximize the number of elements I see in the viewpoint

Use the degrees of separation button. The higher the number you choose, the more connections will be displayed on the page,

How to add a space between the elements

If there are too many elements on the visualization window so it's difficult to get a clear picture, use the Node distance button - it lets you control the distance between the components of the viewpoint.

How to search for new information on the details page

Can’t find what you were searching for? No need to go back to the home page. On the top right corner of the details page, search for the information you need. Don’t worry, it searches across the same data as on the home page.

What do those colors in conditional formatting mean?

If conditional formatting is applied to the components in your viewpoint, clicking on this button will return default colors.
